Fading Signals
Fading Signals reference the layers of personal experiences and memories we accumulate through life. It tells the story of the too often missed opportunity of passing on our legacy, the memories that make us who we are. With time those memories find themselves buried and unspoken. When excavated, they are so foreign to those who searched for them that the stories they carry can’t be deciphered, the connexion is gone.
Fading Signals and Whispers are part of a series called ‘Before the Silence’ and were inspired by abandoned places, demolished homes, decaying buildings and found objects.
